Crunch3r CNT Acccount Problem

Yes, apparently we need also English interface to the forum. You can switch it in the account configuration, but it is obviously difficult to even register to get into the account when you can do it only in Czech.

CNT BOINC forum should now read a browser language setting and set a forum langunage according to it.
en, en-us, en-gb and the like should trigger English language over forum, cs and sk should select Czech.
If you wish to add other browser languages (e.g. French) for English forum just let me know and I will add them.

EDIT: there was a typo in Crunch3r's e-mail address (during registration process I guess) so I changed it to the one mentioned on SETI forum and re-sent a link to a "forgor password" feature.
